The birth of RadiantBiz began when the UAE banker, Rizwan Ansari, noticed the gap in the market for SMEs lacking guidance to set up their businesses.
Working with SMEs to open their corporate bank accounts, access loans, and other financial products led to the realization that startups lack technical knowledge of the local markets and regulations.
Over 15 years of familiarity with the UAE government regulations and UAE markets, CEO Ansari has refined and polished the skills of a team of experts to fulfill the objectives of RadiantBiz.
So far, RadiantBiz has assisted over 15,000 businesses from 164-plus countries, not just in their setup but also in running their operations through our many services.

Gayatri Pandey, one of the founding members of RadiantBiz, her strong educational background in business administration which has equipped her to excel in various roles throughout her career, including offshore consultant, SME advisor, human resources manager, and marketing manager.
Ever since the inception of RadiantBiz, she has played a key role in the company’s growth, handling complex corporate structuring and paving the way for business expansion in the region. This experience in the company’s early stages has enabled her to share valuable insights with her colleagues, empowering a team of experts dedicated to RadiantBiz’s success.
Under Gayatri’s leadership, RadiantBiz has expanded into the UK and European markets. This leadership role has challenged her to broaden her expertise and apply it on a global scale.
